My problem with the 3 Week Diet plan lies in the marketing. While the diet works, it seems as though Brian Flatt might not actually exist. The 3 Week Diet appears to be written under a pseudonym.

This is a move which might affect the credibility of the product but however they did it, they did manage to create a diet plan that is functional and scientifically sound.
